This shield is specifically designed to safely convert the factory electronic suspension to a conventional suspension setup. The 99084 assembly ensures restoration of factory ride height, thereby maintaining the original ride quality and performance akin to vehicles equipped with a conventional suspension system.
Step-by-Step Instructions
99084 Resistor Shield Installation/Assembly
The 99084 resistor shield serves to convert the electromagnetic adjustable suspension assembly into a standard suspension system. It effectively eliminates alarms and related signals generated by the vehicle, ensuring no adverse effects on driving performance.
The installation consists of the following components:

- Cable/Zip tie
- Resistor shield
Installation/Assembly Sequence:
Step 1:
Disconnect the original electromagnetic valve control connector
(refer to figures 3 and 4)
Step 2:
Connect the plug of the shield with the vehicle connector
(refer to figure 5)
Step 3:
Use the cable tie/zip tie to secure the resistor to the pipe on the vehicle
(refer to figure 6)
Step 4:
Cut off the excess cab/zip tie to ensure there is no interference
(refer to figure 7)
