Commercial Vehicle Product Warranty
FCS Automotive International warrants FCS Commercial Vehicle products against defects under normal operating conditions for as long as such original purchaser owns the vehicle on which they were originally installed for 2 years or 200,000 miles
FCS Automotive International’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the worn- out or defective product in accordance with this warranty. Cost of removal and installation are not included, and any incidental and consequential damages are excluded under this warranty, regardless of when the failure occurs. This warranty has no cash value. This warranty does not apply to products which have been modified or improperly applied
Terms of 2 Year 200,000 Mile Warranty: FCS AUTOMOTIVE International warrants to the original end customer of its products, that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship affecting form, fit, and function. Any claim alleging that any product fails to conform to the foregoing warranty may be made only by the customer who purchased such product and only while such customer owns such product. FCS, at its option, will exchange, or provide a credit or refund of either the original purchase price or fair market value, whichever is lower, of any product that is determined by FCS to be defective.
Inspection and Return Procedures: End users may return suspected defective FCS products to an authorized FCS Commercial Vehicle dealer. End users should supply a date proof of purchase receipt with their claim.
Dealers/Suppliers of FCS products should verify that End User claims meet FCS warranty requirements and are identified as FCS parts. FCS Dealers/Suppliers should fill out the FCS Return Material Authorization (RMA) Form and send it, per the instructions on the RMA form, to FCS for an RMA number. FCS will then review the form and upon approval, FCS will issue an RMA number and issue return shipping instructions or authorization for FCS parts to be scrapped by the RMA requestor.
Assignment. Customer may not assign his/her rights or obligations hereunder without the express prior written consent of FCS Automotive International.
Terms and Conditions. This sale is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, which are in lieu of and replace any and all terms and conditions set forth in any documents issued by customer, including, without limitation, purchase orders and specifications. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions stated here and those on the face hereof, those on the face hereof shall control. ANY ADDITIONAL, DIFFERENT, OR CONFLICTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON ANY SUCH DOCUMENT ISSUED BY THE CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME ARE HEREBY OBJECTED TO BY FCS AUTOMOTIVE INTERNAIONAL, AND ANY SUCH DOCUMENT SHALL BE WHOLLY INAPPLICABLE TO ANY SALE MADE HEREUNDER AND SHALL NOT BE BINDING IN ANY WAY ON FCS AUTOMOTIVE INTERNAIONAL. CUSTOMER’S REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMER, WHETHER PROVIDED AT LAW, EQUITY, OR OTHERWISE.
FCS Air Springs Warranty
FCS Air Springs are warrantied to be free of material defects and/or workmanship for a period of 2 years from invoice purchase date or 200,000 miles. All labor and incidental costs associated with replacing the defective spring are the responsibility of the consumer.
FCS offers a complete line of air springs with products available for a variety of applications. Since each individual air spring is closely examined and pressure tested at the factory, many warranty claims are found not to be defective, and failure typically occurs because of abuse caused by other problems associated with the suspension or a lack of sufficient air pressure.
